HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Shipping time will depend upon which country you reside in, but you generally will receive your order in 8-15 business days from the date that it is placed. We put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible.
DO ALL OF YOUR ITEMS SHIP FROM THE USA?
We work with a variety of suppliers all over the world with warehouses in California, New Jersey, Dubai, Belgium, and China. Your items will be shipped from the facility nearest your location.
IS THERE A WAY TO TRY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are available exclusively online, and we do not operate any physical stores. If you have any questions about finding the correct fit, please email us and we will help you out!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it so it ships out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to change your order or cancel it, even before it has shipped. If you have changed your mind on any items, please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we can arrange an exchange or a store credit for you.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Please email us for all return or exchange requests. Once our customer service team have reviewed and approved your request, we will reply and notify you of the next steps to take.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt and meet the following requirements:
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed - Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
- All tags must be intact and attached.
